Won Dharma Center sits on 426 acres overlooking rolling farmland and the spectacular sunsets over the Catskill Mountains. Enjoy over 7 miles of walking trails, quiet time, and starry filled nights. Won Dharma is conveniently located just 12 minutes from the town of Hudson and the Amtrak Hudson train station.
The Weekend includes:
- Meditation, movement and restorative practices
- Sound Baths and seasonal wisdom talks
- Delicious meals made with local ingredients
- Plenty of free time for stillness and meandering summer hikes in nature
Arrival window is 3-5pm on Friday, June 21st. Dinner will be served at 5:30pm.
Retreat closes 1pm Sunday, June 23rd after lunch.
