Living with the Seasons: Late Summer

Any transition of seasons can surface internal disharmonies – think digestion issues, skin issues, and emotional instability. By embracing shifts in the seasons, we invite our self care routines to transition with the seasons, not in spite of them. Late summer/early fall is not a typically defined season in Western culture, though healthy transitioning through this time is crucial for our ability to prepare and thrive in the coming colder months. It’s the window between the summer months and the first frost. Late summer/early fall is all about basking in the fruits of your labor, celebrating the earth’s abundance, and your ability to experience pleasure.
